From a young age, I was naturally curious about the world, people and how they intersect. Motivated to understand the “why” behind complex social issues—and determined to explore the “how to” in addressing them— I embarked on an incredible journey that has led me to consulting. My curiosity, paired with my deep commitment to advocating for vulnerable populations, inspired me to my earn my Master’s degree in Social Work, with a focus on community practice.

With years of experience in healthcare, I transitioned into a decade-long career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, primarily serving pediatric and young adult populations. My work centered on blood diseases, crisis intervention, child abuse and mental health.

As my career progressed, I moved from direct care into leadership roles, where I focused on operational excellence, implementating data-driven quality improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and scaling programs. My clinical background continues to shape my approach to developing policies and programs that promote health equity.

Beyond my professional career, my curiosity has led me to extensive global travel, broadening my perspective on healthcare, mental health, and social impact iniatives—particularly in Africa. Witnessing disparities in access and resources between the Western world and other regions, I am committed to supporting health equity, social justice, and social impact initiatives as a collaborative ally.

I believe in elevating community voices, honoring their experiences, and valuing their expertise in shaping solutions that truly serve their needs.
